IX Recipe Contest "Cocina con Castaña de Galicia" finalists.
Finally the time has come to announce our finalists !!! It has not been an easy decision, since all your recipes exceed talent and creativity, but after a long deliberation, we have selected the following recipes as deserving of passing to the final:
Sweet category:

· Consu Rico "Chestnut cake from Galicia with matcha tea"
Salty category:
· Adrián Maneiro "Galician chestnut stewed with cuttlefish and red curry"
· Javier Míguez "Rulo de castaña de Galicia e vaca"
Catering students category:
· Marcos Sánchez "Chestnut cream from Galicia with a sea flavor"
· Mª Isabel Rodrigo "Ándeme eu Quente"
Congratulations to all! We remind you that the final will take place on Monday July 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the Porto-Muiños Cooking Classroom. Sharpen your instruments and prepare for the final straight. We are sure that we will witness an entire show by the hand of our finalists.

In collaboration with the Aula de Cocina Porto-Muíños we call the ninth edition of our recipe contest.
Participants:
The competition is aimed at foodies, hospitality students and gastronomic bloggers living in Spain.
To participate, interested parties must submit an original recipe with CASTAÑA DE GALICIA (Galician chestnut) as main ingredient accompanied by a photograph of the plate to the following email:

Conditions:
The recipes must be original and of own elaboration, being the CASTAÑA DE GALICIA and its flavor the main ingredient of the dish that is going to elaborate..Recipes must be original and homemade, with Galician Chestnut and its taste the main ingredient of the dish to be processed.
At participating recipe ingredients, quantities needed, the process of the plate and a photograph of this shall be indicated in addition to all the information that the participant considers to say.
